Michel is my closest, non-American, friend here in the DR. She is from Colombia and teaches 8th grade at Anija. She really has a heart for God and anyone could see it as she works with her students. I'm so blessed God put her in my life!
We started the night by having banana pancakes and mango pancakes at my house. I bet it'd be pretty funny to hear our conversations using quite a bit of Spanglish. :)
